WHat used to happen was the screen flickered and sometimes the backlit would turn off. Now the screen will not turn on at all and whenever I plug my phone in, it has an orange light and continously vibrates and when I take it off it stops.
As for software, when it used to come on, the backlit would stay on while the phone is locked and it wont turn off or let me access the lockscreen until the backlit turns off. Numerous times when I tried to fix it by restarting it, it would say screen panel firmware upgrading which did absolutely nothing but waste my time.
I have had this phone for 6 months now and now I think I'm just going to upgrade to an s6. I have searched and searched and still have not foumd an answer to this problem, as I am having the same issue.
